Late December, I had the pleasure to view David Dubé (@onlyoneyouneed1) on Periscope discussing having a standard definition mindset vs high definition mindset. As one of the lucky viewers, we were offered the opportunity to take HD Mindset Training. As a seeker always learning and constantly improving my personal development, I gladly accepted!
The training videos for HD Mindset are a must see! I enjoyed going through each of the videos taking notes on most of them and would go through them again if necessary. I say this because the content was applicable yesterday, is relevant for today, and will still be useful tomorrow. The HD Mindset Training provides a condensed overview on learning to acquire a high definition mindset and gain clarity on situations we experience daily in life.
Each video is short in length, on topic, with a few fun related stories throughout and is shared in a manner that anyone can understand regardless of your educational background (no, its not clogged with technical jargon!). If you have issues with negative talk from yourself or people around you, HD Mindset Training has tips on ways to change the situation and speaks about creating a filter for your mind. Not long after watching one of the videos one of my sisters and I were having a conversation and she asked me how to handle being around family members who were judgmental or constantly have negative comments. I thought to myself, “Aha! I just learned some of those from the HD Mindset Training”. So I happily shared with her what I had learned.
If you have not had a chance to take the HD Mindset Training and you have the opportunity, I would definitely recommend. Visit http://hdmindset.com/. Stay positive and enjoy!
