I am an aspiring entrepreneur and community volunteer who loves great quotes. One of the reasons for starting this blog is to have one place to share inspiring stories, rekindle my motivation, strengthen my personal development and also to document my journey to successful business ownership. My dream of being an entrepreneur started very young but my vision become prominent in my mind in my 10th grade year of high school. I had a burning desire to start a company that my family could be a part of – a legacy to leave behind for my future family. However, I never created the opportunity for myself because I thought my vision was so great that I didn’t think it would ever happen. Soon, I was out of high school working a full time 9-5 job. Then the months turned into years and I continued to do research and read personal development books but when it came to taking action to actually start building what I had envisioned, the excuses were plentiful to include limited resources, no support, and no startup capital.  Fast forward 18 years…there is just no more time to waste and no more excuses. Fear of the unknown is huge! But no one can know exactly what’s going to happen in the next week, month or year. The best thing we can do is sow good seeds, be prepared for great opportunities, pray, and hope for the best.
